The ZebraZone Internal Communication model consists of two concepts: Media Quality and Result Quality
Media quality assesses the content, speed and quantity of information, separately for the different sources, channels and messages. With sources, channels and messages varying from one organization to another, the questions are drawn up in consultation with the company. In this way the model can be adapted to the company-specific situation and to the company's needs.

Result quality is measured with 44 standard questions, and consists of 6 KPIs:
- Information content (Content)
- The degree to which the information is available (Availability)
- The amount of information that employees receive (Quantity)
- The openness of the information (Openness)
- The degree to which there is room for feedback (Feedback)
- The speed with which employees receive information (Speed)
